Cabinetry is the largest line, then countertops, then installation. Appliances, plumbing and electrical sit outside our quote unless we are managing the whole renovation.
What actually moves it
Linear footage first. Then door collection and finish, carcass material, the stone you choose, and how much of the room has to be made square before cabinets can go in. Tall units and specialty organizers add up faster than people expect.
Getting a real figure
